UGUY Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

At UGUY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer an easy return/exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

  • If you have received a defective product, we would be more than happy to assist you. "Kindly select your product sizes based on our provided size chart.
  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized products or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at uguyofficial@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and photos of the item.

  2. Return/Exchange Charges: A return or exchange fee of ₹350 will apply. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and restocking. This charge will be deducted from your refund amount or will be payable if you're exchanging your item.

  3. Return/Exchange Approval: Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  4. Refund Process: After we receive the returned product in its original condition, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions to the Policy

  • Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival can be returned/exchanged without a fee. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product.
  • We are unable to process returns/exchanges for used or worn items.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed before returning it to avoid damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
